Shipping and Pick-Up Information Onlineshop
As a small company we do our very best to ship your goods as soon as possible. Products marked as “available” are usually ready for pick-up respectively dispatched within 0 – 2 work days between Monday and Friday. There is usually no dispatch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If a product is not available within the specified period, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to define new terms of delivery. Apart from that our GTC are applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed, Anna & Juan ships national and international orders with Swiss Post. The information, conditions and delivery times of the Swiss Post apply.
