Knitting – Advanced

In this advanced course you will deepen your knitting skills, learn to knit in the round, create shapes and acquire the tools to start designing your own garments and accessories.

Knitting allows you to create unique, long-lasting garments and accessories. It is a fun, relaxing activity that can be practiced at home, on the train, alone or with fellow knitters.

Day 1:
Circular knitting – circular needles; double pointed needles

Simple project development: beanie or loop scarf

Day 2:
Circular knitting – double pointed needles
Socks (part I)

Day 3:
Circular knitting – double pointed needles
Socks (part II)

Day 4:
Color work, Fair Isle knitting 

Basic stitches lexicon: color patterns

Duration total:
10 hours

2.5 hours per evening
