DESCRIPTION:This workshop aims to teach you the fundamentals of colourwork 
 knitting and give you the confidence and skills for you to be able to tack
 le and successfully knit colourwork projects on your own. Together with Ch
 arlotte's support you will learn various techniques for you to be able to 
 happily knit and create beautiful colourwork projects. You will learn how 
 to put colours together\, find out about different yarn types and colourwo
 rk\, discover techniques for knitting colourwork (English ‘throwing’ s
 tyle and continental)\, learn to read colourwork charts\, find out about g
 auge and tension\, float management\, fixing mistakes and Charlotte’s ow
 n personal tips and tricks for knitting colourwork In the round. \n\nDurin
 g the workshop we will all together start knitting a simple colourwork cow
 l specifically designed by Charlotte for this workshop\, using Anna & Juan
 ’s naturally dyed worsted weight yarn.\n\nAfter attending this workshop 
 you should have the skills and confidence to happily start knitting colour
 work projects on your own.\n\nCharlotte Stone:\nCharlotte Stone is the cre
 ator behind Stone Knits and is internationally known for her love of knitt
 ing whimsical colourwork designs\, particularly for colourwork socks. Her 
 designs can be found online on Ravelry and photos of her work on Instagram
 . Knitting since she was a small child In England with her grandma\, she s
 tarted designing original colourwork patterns in 2017 and has never looked
  back. Charlotte lives currently with her family in the hills above Zurich
  and is inspired everyday by the beautiful Swiss scenery.\n\nDuration tota
