 earn. Unlike other crafts\, it only requires yarn and a crochet hook. Stit
 ches are worked individually on top of each other so there is no need to c
 ast off at the end of your work. You can create different kinds of accesso
 ries\, garments and home textiles\, in two or three dimensions.\n\nDuring 
 this course you will learn the basic crochet stitches\, how to create text
 ures\, to work in rows and in rounds\, to read crochet charts and to make 
 a simple beanie.\n\nDay 1:\nMaterials and tools: fibres\, yarns\, types an
 d thicknesses\nLabels: composition\, care instructions\, weight\, code\, n
 eedle size\nHooks: types and sizes\, holding the hook and the yarn\nBasic 
 stitch lexicon: chain\, slip stitch\, single crochet\, half-double crochet
 \, double crochet\, treble\n\nDay 2:\nChart symbols and abbreviations\, cr
 ochet charts reading \nBasic stitch lexicon: combination of stitches\; tex
